What is a TIN?

The Targeted Investment Neighborhood (TIN) Program is a City of Milwaukee initiative designed to stabilize and strengthen neighborhoods through focused investment, access to home improvement loans, and ongoing community support.

Who Should Attend?

This meeting is ONLY for residents who live within the official TIN boundaries.

✅ Overview of the TIN Program
✅ Meet and engage with TIN partners and fellow residents
✅ On-site Q&A with:

  • NIDC Loan Officer

    (They’ll walk you through the loan process, eligibility, and how to get started!)
    ✅ Learn about the TIN Curb Appeal Program
