Lisbon Avenue Corridor Charette Report
Hot off the presses, we are so thrilled to share with you the Lisbon Avenue Charette final report, a collaborative initiative of Rooted & Rising that was led by Ce Planning Studio with wonderful support from the City of Milwaukee – Department of City Development, our Washington Park resident leaders, Athena Communications, LISC Milwaukee, and the D.E.E.R. Accelerator. This full day charette occurred in late February 2026, hosted by our friends at the Urban Ecology Center, and represents an early activation of the recently completed Washington Park Quality of Life Plan.
We want to give a special shout out to the six architectural firms that gave generously of their time and expertise to help us all envision what is possible for these vacant and blighted parcels along the Lisbon Avenue corridor:

Quorum Architects, Inc.
